Thank You SMK Tropicana!

Brother Abdul Rehman, our founder, was a guest at SMK Tropicana (Tropicana Secondary School), Petaling Jaya this morning where he received contributions from the generous students and teachers of the school.

The simple ceremony was held during the assembly where Mrs. Rajesh, the teacher in charge, explained that the project was part of the school's program to instill a s
ense of awareness of the plight of others who are less fortunate. Rumah Aman was selected after she read about our home in the New Straits Times (see previous posting).

After receiving the contributions from Mrs. Sakiah Saad, the principal, Brother Abdul Rehman thanked the students and teachers for their generosity and he advised the students to study hard and show their appreciation to their parents and teachers. He also wished them success in the mid-year examinations which start today.

Located in the Damansara area of Petaling Jaya, SMK Tropicana has a student population of almost 850.

To the students and teachers of SMK Tropicana we say "Terima Kasih" and best of luck for the mid-year examinations. Please do pay us a visit soon.
